Beautifully tree-lined Brentwood is a popular residential area comprised of mainly one-story, bungalow homes. The neighborhood was once a large cotton farm so it’s only natural that it’s home to a nine-acre park full of beautiful trees and green space. Similar to its neighboring neighborhoods, Rosedale and Allandale, Brentwood borders Burnet Road (to the west) and is therefore in close proximity to numerous local restaurants, bars and shops.
